A shared view of every moving part.

A mobile-first community experience paired with a web administration console. Individuals build profiles around values, interests, causes, and trusted connections; organisations onboard themselves, publish content, manage members, and participate in a curated directory. The platform also supports paid stickers and contribution-oriented purchasing flows.

Target users

Individuals discovering communities around shared values, organisations building a public presence, and administrators managing content, directories, memberships, and payments.

Business problem

People and mission-led organisations often struggle to make their purpose discoverable in a way that feels personal rather than transactional. Community information, events, causes, and participation tools are spread across social feeds, websites, and payment links, making it difficult to find aligned groups or give organisations a coherent way to communicate and grow.

Solution

We created a shared platform language around values, interests, channels, and causes. The mobile app guides users through a thoughtful onboarding flow, then gives them profiles, discovery, connections, community posts, and expressive stickers. The web console gives organisations and administrators structured tools for onboarding, content publishing, directories, media, workflows, invitations, analytics, and Stripe-enabled payments.

Architecture

A Vue 3 and TypeScript web application and a Flutter/Dart mobile application communicate with a shared GraphQL API. Vuex with persisted state supports the web console, while the mobile app uses GraphQL Flutter, event-bus based controllers, local preferences, and shared navigation helpers. Stripe handles payment and organisation onboarding flows; media upload services support images, video, stickers, and library content.

Challenges

The experience needed to support two very different audiences without fragmenting the product: people looking for meaningful connection and organisations managing structured content and operations. The key challenges were designing a shared taxonomy for values and causes, keeping web and mobile workflows aligned through GraphQL, making rich media creation usable on small screens, managing role-aware permissions, and handling payments and organisation onboarding with appropriate safeguards.
