A shared view of every moving part.

A multi-surface advertising workflow product composed of a browser extension, a focused campaign workspace, an admin console, onboarding and reveal flows, and a public product website. The extension sits close to the day-to-day social workflow, while the web applications handle account setup, campaign inputs, recommendations, content, and administration.

Target users

Small businesses, social media managers, campaign operators, and internal administrators who need practical guidance while managing paid social activity.

Business problem

Smaller advertising teams often work across a social network, spreadsheets, creative tools, and disconnected reporting dashboards. Important campaign decisions are easy to miss, account setup is repetitive, and operators have little guidance when choosing audiences, page content, or budget inputs.

Solution

We designed a guided workflow that connects account and page selection, campaign and ad-set setup, audience interests, recommendations, and content management. The browser extension provides contextual assistance in the operator’s existing workflow; the main app handles deeper setup and review; and the admin console manages users, companies, posts, pages, categories, and support operations.

Architecture

The suite combines Vue 3 applications with Vuex and Vue Router, Nuxt-based marketing surfaces, and Vite-powered extension/admin builds. Shared service layers handle authentication, social account and page APIs, posts, companies, users, and recommendation data. Browser-extension messaging bridges in-context actions with persisted application state, while backend endpoints isolate external API calls and administration workflows.

Challenges

The product had to feel useful inside an existing advertising workflow without becoming another disconnected dashboard. Key challenges included coordinating browser-extension state with web sessions, handling OAuth and account permissions safely, keeping campaign and ad-set inputs consistent, making recommendations understandable rather than intrusive, and supporting multiple product surfaces with a shared visual and data language.
